Polish e-commerce locker company InPost said Wednesday it planned to list on the Amsterdam stock exchange to ride an online retail boom into other European markets.
"Our vision is to become Europe's leading out-of-home automated solution for e-commerce," InPost chief executive Rafal Brzoska said in a statement.
He said the listing by InPost, which is already present in Britain, "will mark the next phase of our development as we expand our business internationally".
The company, which operates 12,254 lockers and handled 249 million deliveries last year, said it was planning further expansion into France, Italy and Spain.
Its revenues in the first nine months of 2020 were 377 million euros ($458 million) -- compared with 193 million euros for the same period in 2019.
In Poland, the company is widely used by sellers on online commerce platform Allegro which itself listed earlier this year in the country's biggest ever IPO.
E-commerce retailers have been boosted by the coronavirus pandemic around the world, including in Poland.
InPost said it expected parcel volumes in Poland to grow by approximately 14 percent per year between 2020 and 2024.
